In early February, we ran an open house on a for-sale property that lasted only two hours—in that short period, over 60 families came through the door. The end result: 16 offers and one very happy seller. Keep in mind that low inventory, low mortgage rates, and world-class marketing on our part had a lot to do with those results.
Without a crystal ball, nobody can tell you for sure what the upcoming months will bring, but traditionally, we start to see more buyers and sellers in the market. That means more competition on both sides of the fence.
